Designer Kimberley Gordon describes, "It's amazing how we are approaching the 20s again, but for our generation. I was really inspired by this decade for the first time in my life. Generally, I'd found the subject a bit dull, but after re-reading The Great Gatsby I realized it really felt so Wildfox! Parties all the time, driving into town, spending money, falling in love, big mansions and gardens, the ocean, brewing your own alcohol, best friends and broken hearts... it's just so amazingly fun. It was all sparkle, true love, dancing, and champagne." She adds, "Many of the quotes from Gatsby were fitting for this particular collection, but this one in particular was the main inspiration for the four characters who appear in the campaign: 'In his blue gardens men and girls came and went like moths among the whisperings and the champagne and the stars.'"

"The girls have been at Jay’s since February and have no intention of leaving soon. The decadently beautiful house overlooks the Hamptons coast, and when there aren’t any raging parties going on in the backyard, they make their own. The fun never stops; night after night of champagne-fueled dancing, skinny dipping, dressing up, and loud jazz blasting from the radio. They slip into beautiful sparkling dresses and wrap themselves in colorful, billowing coats. They write love stories and act them out while dancing across the large banquet table. When the sun comes up, they sit on the balcony to watch; beautiful and barefooted, with make up smudged from the night before while sharing gigantic, silk blankets. Breakfast consists of endless stacks of pancakes and more champagne in the company of balloons and barreling laughter. So you see, the party just carries on and on. One day they will have to say goodbye to this life and pursue their dreams, but for now they are young and they have each other. They understand that friendship and love is truly all they need...that and lots of strawberry ice cream."
