What sweet, serene images - they make me long for a home that has windows with a view to them again. We live in a wee little double story condo, but it's flanked by other houses close by on three sides and a hill on the 4th, so we don't have a vast view or much natural light. I'm sure my cat, Stella, would love windows like you have to lounge in again, too.
These are beautiful photos, dear gal. Thank you for sharing your view with us.
Nancy - I just stumbled across this blog, and now I'm looking forward to going back through your archives! These pictures are lovely, and I'm stoked to read more about your trip to Edinburgh. Your photos are stunningly not-touristy and they are giving me a mental tour through the city I loved so much when I visited it last year. Hello from a new fan!
Stunning!
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures! I can't wait until I too can grow some herbs on my windowsill. If I had some now they would surely die in the heat.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful dreamy post. Somehow the feeling of these photos reminded me a bit of "Science of Sleep," not exactly sure why.
